Installing iPad apps 7.0 and above on iPad 5.1.1.1 possible?

Two Questions:
1. Does jailbreak install allow me to install ipad apps of 7.0 on my iPad-1?
2. How do I restore from jailbreak to original on my iPad-1?

2. Connect to iTunes and perform an iOS restore, and the last compatible iOS should be installed.
