    I have a text conversation that I had on my iPhone that showed upon my watch. I was able to delete it from the phone but i cannot get off of my watch. Any suggestions on deleting it and not having that occur again?

    Swipe left on the message, and then tap on the trashbin. After that, tap on "Delete" when prompted.
