    Bought a new phone (6) march 25 and it has not connected to Bluetooth since except for one instance of a few seconds.
    This phone has also, twice, failed and shown "sim card not installed". The only way to fix this has been to restore phone.

    Have you contacted Apple? If Bluetooth has never worked properly, you need to get that issued addressed.
