How can I edit a WhatsApp message?

I have a received WhatsApp message on my iPhone 6+ which confirms a trip for me and my wife. I want to show her the message but keep the destination a secret. Trouble is, the destination is shown on the message so I want to edit that part out before I show her but can't find how to do that.
Can anyone help?

I'm not sure if you can edit messages without using a third-party application; however, maybe someone else will have some feedback.
