    When trying to connect it just shows the msg connecting n after some time connection is lost, why does it happens when their is full network or cellular connection ?

    This really only happens with, you guessed it, poor connection. Are you able to access other content on your connection?

    I agree with ajl. The only time I've had an issue with FaceTime is when my connection was less than stellar.
