How to uninstall deleted games from my iPad Mini?

I have deleted games from my I pad mini but they still show up in games centre I tried sliding it across but it only hides them and is makeing my down load slow

Just because the show up in GameCenter doesn't mean they are not deleted. They are simply games that you've downloaded and played at some point in time. If you want to remove them from the list in Game Center, swipe to the left on the game and then select "remove".
