    Recently my brother changed few settings of Mac OS X, notification centre, don't know exactly what but, the notification centre now is showing Day and date on same line, I think the width has also changed a bit. Kindly help

    Have you attempted to restart your Mac? Also, you could try editing Notification Center and see if removing Today and adding it back will help.
