Hacking of an email account Facetime and how do I report it?

Contact Apple's Account Security section. Having said that, they are likely going to recommend a very simple solution....change the passcode of the Apple ID associated with FaceTime and iMessages. By the way, FaceTime, to the best of my knowledge, does not have an email account, however, the Apple ID used with FaceTime is in the form of an email address.
