    I bought a used iPhone 5 off of eBay and the vibration never worked so I decided to replace it my self, i managed to replace it but the new one won't vibrate either. Any idea on what to do or try to get it to work?

    Take it to an Apple store and have them look at it. It sounds like you have additional issues beyond the vibration module.
