I just bought the app Audiko Ringtones for iPhone PRO.

after I donwload a ringtone from the app, i dont see it in the settings.

Find the link to the developer in the iTunes store page for the app - visit that web site, and see what resources they have available or perhaps a contact email address for support.

Did you sync the ringtones to iTunes? If not, you have to do that.
