Will deleting photos from my Mac cause them to be deleted from the Cloud?

Recently moved all my photos to the Cloud (the $3.99 a month deal) and I was wondering if I delete a photo on my Mac will it be deleted from the cloud?

If you're talking about those photos that are in the library of the Photos app on mac and you sync to iCloud - yes, deleting those on computer will delete from iCloud.
