    i just updated my software to IOS 7.1.1 and when I got a call I figured out the caller can't hear a thing whereas I am hearing every details! why is this happening? I wwant to cure it ASAP! If anyone knows what to do plz comment and help me out Please!

    On the phone screen, do you see indication the mute feature is enabled?

    Is it just calls? Can you use the mic to record your voice?

    Is it possible that one of the following is happening?

    1. You've unintentionally selected the Mute option via the phone app
    2. Your finger or case, if applicable, is covering the microphone
    3. The device's microphone is damaged or malfunctioning
    4. The caller is pretending to not hear you....

    Number 4 happens to me too often.
