I am using a HP Envy now . It's very slow, I am thinking to change it to the Apple MacBook Pro. But I am not sure which 1 is better... I usually used it for movie, games and assignments. And is it possible to transfer all my files from my old HP laptop to the new Macboook ?

For the usage you've stated, either device should be sufficient, and yes, you will be able to transfer your "files" over to your new MacBook whenever you decide to get it.

The 13-inch MacBook Pro will work fine; however, if you "need" the extra screen size, the 15-inch would be the better option. And you should be able to transfer most files (not programs), yes.

There are rumors out this morning that the new 15" rMBP will be released on Wednesday. The new iteration will reportedly include the Broadwell processors and the ForceTouch trackpad.

Even if you are not interested in the new 15" rMBP, it may affect the prices of the current 15" MBPs.
