The volume and screen no longer works after being repaired. What should I do?

I had my iphone 6 glass replaced at a shop in the city (wasnt an authorised Apple retailer), and now my "up" volume button and "flashlight/camera-flash" dont work.

Im just wondering what theyve done and how they should fix it?

So sad. My phone is only a few months old.

No one hear can answer the question "what they've done" because we were not present when they allegedly fixed the problem. As for "how they should fix it", the question should be what are YOU going to do? Did yo check the phone to make sure everything worked before you left the repair place? If not, they can say swear that they repaired it properly and that you damaged it somehow. This may be one of those times where you chalk this up as a lesson learned and then take the iPhone to be repaired properly at an Apple Store, with or without AppleCare Plus insurance, in my opinion.
