Does anyone knows the iPhone app called iGrab ?

It looks like this is a great utility and creation app that combines features that exist in more than 5 apps (video, audio, photo, text, publishing, off line).

It looks cool, but it does not have any ratings showing in iTunes yet. However, for $1.99, you don't have much to lose if you give it a try.
