Can't view a video from site. What am I doing wrong?

when I search for and connect to a site where I want to view a video, as soon as I hit play, the video disappears and there is a blank white screen with the audio still playing but no video. What am I doing wrong?

You may not be doing anything wrong. There could be a problem on the site's end. It's possible that the video is not formatted for mobile use or something. Are you using a web browser on a computer or what?
