Heavy Photoshop: latest Mac Book Pro 13 or current 15?

I need to upgrade my Mac Book Pro 15 and can't really wait for the rumored upgrade.

My work is mainly large/heavy photoshop /illustrator (not video).
Are any of the latest Mac Book Pro 13's OK for this, or should I go for one of the current Mac Book Pro 15's. (I'd also like to run an external display)

I'm currently running an old Mac Book Pro 2.66Ghz Intel Core Duo with NVIDIA Graphics card 256mb VRAM with 4GB memory.

A 13-inch MacBook Pro would probably be okay for your needs; however, if you are able to purchase the 15-inch model, I think you will be happier as time goes by.
