    I've synced my Hotmail account with my phone only so far as it'll show me the last few emails received - I can't view any sent messages or access my contacts. Can I sync Hotmail (Outlook) with my phone to act the same as my laptop, with all the same information? All my mailboxes are there, but they're all empty - obviously nothing transferred over with the minimal "syncing" I did!

    If you have configured your Hotmail account correctly, go to Settings - Mail, Contacts, Calendars - Hotmail and then enabled all of the toggles. Also, adjust the "Mail Days To Sync" settings, if available.
