I dropped my phone in a sink full with water. I immediately turned my phone off and rushed it to a cell phone repair place. They were able to get it turned back on, but now my portrait orientation won't rotate any more and my phone is very sensitive. If i'm riding in a car and texting or walking while texting, i constantly get the pop up window "Undo Typing". It seems that my phone is overly sensitive to shakes now. Any idea how to fix this?

Water damages can affect electronics in a myriad of ways and oftentimes much later. I recommend you make plans to replace it. If you have purchased AppleCare+ for it, now would be a good time to use it. In regard to screen orientation, make sure the screen orientation lock isn't enabled via the Control Center.
