How do I get apps without signing in to the app store?

I accidentally deleted an app or two and I need to know how to get it again without my mum noticing it was gone, I try to without signing in and it takes longer than 3 hours to load, well actually it never does load

Sync apps via iTunes on computer.

You'll need to be logged into the App Store to download applications.

It should be in the purchased list. Go there and tap to download. It should not ask for info. If you're on Family Sharing it may be different.
