Is it possible to network unlock a jailbroken iPhone 4S?

ive jailbroke a iphone 4s and looking to unlock the network is it possible. ive tried sam but dosent seem to work. iphone is on 7.1.2(11d257) modem firmware 5.2.00. its on carphone warehouse flex gb/talk mobile 16.0 but using the vodaphone uk network. thanks in advance to who offers any advice or help

You'd have to do a check on the IMEI to see what provider it's locked to and see if they will remove their lock.
