My 72 yr old mother has Alzheimer's and has forgotten/misplaced all of her passwords. I do not have and have been unable to guess her iTunes password. I am unable to reset via email because I don't have access to her email (doesn't remember her passwords). I am unable to reset w questions because in paranoia about online privacy she did not use her real birthday when setting up the account.
I tried a reset of the iPad but when restarting a message appeared indicating she had find my iPad set up for the iPad. She needs to remove the device from find my iPad before I can continue.... Back to the original problem no passwords.
Is there any way to restore this to a different iTunes account so it can still be used? Or does she now have a very expensive paper weight?
