How to clean a Belkin Grip Candy iphone case

The outside edges of my case have become discolored due to rubbing up against my face (make-up and oils).I have tried some regular household detergents and cleaners, but have not been successful. Suggestions?

Mr clean. The white sponges. I forget what they are called but I've used them before and they work well.
