First of all, there is no iPhone 4C. Having said that, if you want to download photos from your Dropbox account, you can do so by logging in to the website via a browser or via the Dropbox app found in the App Store. From within the Dropbox app, select the photo you want to download, tap on the share icon, and then select "Save Image". The image will automatically save to your Camera Roll.
