I have an autistic son and I don't want him listening to the radio because he finds songs that use really bad language and then he mimics what he hears. I have taken it off Wi-Fi but he knows how to turn that back on. Is there some way to disable it or get rid of the music icon all together?

Go to Settings - General - Restrictions, and then under the "Allowed Content" section, select "Music & Podcast" and then select "Clean". Other than doing that, you can't remove the Music app or disable the radio feature.
