My friend basically downloaded the tweak 'upscale' on my iPad and now it won't turn on. The tweak up scale makes, for example, iphone 6 resolution fit on on an iphone 5 so it's definitely not for ipads. My friend picked the option iphone 5 on in tweak settings and now, like I said before, it won't turn on .

Have 'find my iPhone' set up on the iPad? Log into 'Find' on another device or the iCloud web site and remote-wipe the iPad if you can get it to turn on.
