Why am I suddenly unable to delete game apps?

delete "circle"comes up,but it will not delete

What delete "circles" are you referring to. What device are you trying to delete apps from? If it's an iOS device, just tap and hold on the app you want to delete until they all start to jiggle. Afterwards, tap on the "X" to delete it.

You might have accidentally setup restrictions. Settings>General>Restrictions. Are they turned on? If yes, you need to turn them off but you'll need the password.
