    It froze while I was listening to a song. I tried to shut it off, but it wouldn't do anything. what can I do? it's an apple ipod synchronoss 30gb..???

    I don't know why your iPod froze. I assume you have an iPod Classic. If so, you can try the troubleshooting tips found via the following link:
