How did I get Crackle on my television and how do I remove it?

We recently purchased Amazon Fire. Two days after starting a 30 day trial of "Prime" our television was taken over by something called "Crackle"

It is unwanted and completely, totally obnoxious. I've called Comcast, our cable provider, and the technician said he had no idea how to help me.

Any advise? Thank you very much!

SmartTV?? Look up the documentation on how to deal with channels on it...

What do you mean "taken over" by Crackle? It is merely a channel that you should be able to deselect.
