iMac OS 10.10, iPhone IOS 8.2, iPad IOS 8.2 The iPad works fine but the iPhone which before always synced over wifi can not be recognized. When I plug it into the USB port on the iMac I get the oxymoronic message, "The iPhone "iPhone 5" cannot be synced because it cannot be found." Clearly it is aware of its presence or it would not send such a message. It also unceremoniously ejected my USB external disk without properly closing it first. Ignoring Einstein's dictum, I tried it several times with the same result each time. My iPhone has something inimical to USB in it as well as something that wifi does not like but before IOS 8.2 it had no problems.
