How to control Cellular Data usage

Trying to control data usage in a share everything plan with 5 iPhones.

You can go to

Settings - iTunes & App Store and turn off Cellular Data for Auto Downloads

Suggested Apps for My Apps and App Store and turn off Cellular Data

Under ICloud Drive turn off Use Cellular Data for docs and data

Under Cellular enable/disable Cellular Data per App

Is there anything else or an article with additional info

Turn off auto video play in Facebook if you use that. It's done in the Facebook settings. It uses a lot of data.
