    how do i activate my apple ipad its asking for an apple account i got it in second sale so is there any way of activating it?

    If it's asking you for an AppleID and password, and you don't have it the credentials, then NO, you cannot get around it. Since you bought it second-hand, it's probably stolen and either go get your money back, or use it as a paperweight.

    That won't get past Activation Lock. Only the AppleID the device is locked to can get in it.
