How do I get music only found on my iPad back onto my computer and iTunes?

I got a new laptop and I'm trying to get music from my iPad to my iTunes and to my computer. The music was not bought off iTunes and isn't in any files on my old laptop. I cant figure out how to transfer the music to iTunes , my computer and my iPhone. Any suggestions?
