That would require multiple devices and multiple FaceTime calls.

I had friends get together for a memorial at two locations, one in the West coast and one in the East. They made a Facetime call and passed the device around, so everyone had a chance to say something during the get together.
Perhaps the OP night do something similar.

Oovoo lets you chat with several people, my family uses it all the time.
