I have an older 13 inch Macbook (through work, and they want it back when I retire in a couple of months...) My main use will be Photoshop and Lightroom as a photography enthusiast. I know Apple announced upgrades in the 13 inch model. I want a 15 inch display. Do I buy now or wait to see if Apple upgrades that model also?

Buy what you want now. And later, if something comes out and you want that... you can sell what you just bought and use the proceeds towards the new one...

The current 15" is more than capable of running Photoshop and Lightroom and will be for years to come.
