    Hi, I have a new ipad air 2 and can't open my mail folders, but when I click on the folders icon it displays them only to add mail to. Hope this makes sense or Is it me being thick and missing something easy?

    When you open the mail app, select mailboxes in the top left corner then scroll down to the accounts section & select the account you want to view. You will be able to see folders there.
