Battery usage: last 24 hours and last 7 days

No matter when I click on this, the message is always 'Battery information will be available after using iPhone for a few minutes' I do not get app usage information. Any tips on enabling this really useful feature? I get actual usage and standby usage. Just not individual application usage. It is an iPhone 5S, fully updated with latest IOS. This has never worked and hasn't bothered me until recently.

I should look at the keyboard when I type. The title should be Battery Usage: last 24 hours and last 7 days.

Unfortunately I don't have an answer for you. Mine usage stats have always shown up and I don't think there's a way of turning it off or on.

I have the same issue. Did you ever resolve this?
