Use iTunes and set it up to sync photos... or go to iCloud on computer/web browser and log in - go to the photos tab, and download... or if using mac - use iPhoto or the photos app... or if using a PC - use the iCloud control panel for Windows and set it to sync photos from iCloud to computer...
