How do I get i device photos into my Windows systems NAS?

If I could get this done then I wouldn't need to get confused with the different icloud related intricacies like Library Beta and Photo Stream.

Is the control panel what appears when I click on the iCloud program and then iCloud from the drop down menu? Do you have anything further to add? Like now what do I do?
