I bought a phone off my friend and she's just msgd me saying my stuff has come up on her ipad what's going on please

What do you mean by "my stuff"? What "stuff" exactly?

Is the device signed in to the same Apple ID as your friend's iPad?

Tell your friend to
1. Plug in device to iTunes
2. Press restore
3. Let it restore and wait!
4. That should be it!
