    This is incorrect. There are no alarm settings in Settings>Sounds since iOS 7. The setting is in the Clock app for the alarm. Click Edit in the upper left, then click the > for the alarm and there is where the option to set the sound for the alarm is.

    Please verify your response before posting. It does no good to post an incorrect response.
