Why isn't my FaceTime ringing when I am on a call?

Strange missed calls,

Hi all,

I have an iphone6 and there is something strange happened every time I got a call in my phone and when I finished this call, I found a missed call in FaceTime for one of my friend like 4 times a day and he said that he didn?t call at any of these times, I still have this problem since I bought this phone-can you please help what to do? Is it a problem in the hardware and needs to return this phone?

This is not a hardware issue. Have your friend check there device. He or she might be using your email for FaceTime. You can also remove your email from FaceTime as a test as well
