How can I get my new phone working properly?

Phone stolen, got new phone can't send text messages

I got my phone stolen this weekend, so I got a new one sent to me. I went to back it up from iCloud and it lets me go on the Internet, but not make phone calls, or send/receive text messages. How do I change this?

You need to deal with your provider to see that the new phone is properly attached to your account and phone number...
