How do you give a name to a Moment on the iPad?

The "Missing Manual" iPad book by David Pogue says that "if you tap a Moment's name, a map opens up, little photo thumbnails show where those pictures were taken."

But how do you give a name to a Moment?

There are no "missing manuals"... they're all right here: Apple - Support - Manuals -- don't need to buy anything from Pogue...

You don't rename moments... they're based on dates.
