i cant seem to download apps

I am signed into the appstore but I can't get or download apps

How is your signal strength and what is the size of the apps you are trying to download? The reason being is there is a file-size limit of 100mb's for cellular connections. To remove the limit you have to be connected to a proper wi-fi signal.
