I would first load all your accounts such as Facebook, email, etc.
Then I would plug it into iTunes.

depends on whether you already own an older iphone. if
yes: make a complete backup to either your computer or iCloud
-> icloud: login with your apple id on the new phone and restore from iCloud, you should be left with a more or less identical copy to your old phone
-> computer: plug in your new iphone to your computer and open iTunes (if not opened automatically) and select 'restore from backup'
no: turn on the device, enter your personal information and you are good to go
