how do you move individual games / data files from IPhone 5 to Iphone 6 plus

I only want to move some of the apps. I have already used other apps on the IPhone 6 and I don't want to override that data

If you have games that have an option to sync or backup its data to iCloud then just re-download the games via the purchased section of the App Store via your iPhone 6 Plus. If you do not, there isn't a way to do what you're asking to my knowledge.
