normal receiver plus an ougoing sign, what is this and how it can be removed

beside the normal wifi sign there is sign of a normal telephone receiver plus an outgoing sign, which is draining the battery.

If you're referring to image below, it is the call-forwarding feature. Go to Settings - Phone - Call Forwarding and then disable the toggle button next to "Call Forwarding".
