Why does my iPhone 6 randomly shuts off and then take hours to power back on?

Make a Genius Bar appointment with the nearest Apple Store and have them diagnose the problem for you. If you've just purchased the phone, take it back and have them give you another one.

Check to see if your charging cable is broken. Try and use another cable or outlet

If that's not the issue you need to make an appointment with an  store
