I've seen on other iPhones (6plus) that they have a tethering option but on mine there is no such thing how can I enable my iPhone to share its lte connection if the opinion isn't there?

The hotspot option is based on your carrier & the plan you have. If the option isn't available, then you won't be able to share your connection.
